How much do the floorings cost?

The cost of the flooring varies according to colour, style and size of the floor. Our aim is to work with you and achieve successful results for you first time, every time. Carpets can be supplied and installed for as little as $20 + GST per sqm, Vinyl from $25 + GST per sqm. 

How long does it take to install the new floors?

The time taken to install the floor depends on the scale of the job. Where possible we aim to have rooms completed on a same day basis in order to avoid relocation of residents. The speed of installation depends on the size of the team doing the work, so we will be guided by your preference.

Are the floors safe to use in medical conditions?

Yes, our products are hygienic and functional to optimize the patients healing process by combating bacteria and microorganisms. The residents' health is our main priority.

Is there a lot of noise and disturbance during installation?

Every effort is made to minimize disruptions during the installation period. We use sound absorption barriers to minimize discomfort as well as medical grade air filters to reduce dust and fumes.

How long is the warranty for flooring?

We provide double the warranty on all workmanship (2 years), and materials warranty can be up to 25 years.
